• session — Strictly necessary. Authentication session token. Expires when you close your browser or sign out.
• collabopoint-auth (localStorage) — Strictly necessary. Stores your authentication state client-side. Cleared on sign-out.
• collabopoint-ui (localStorage) — Functional. Stores UI preferences such as dark/light mode and sidebar state.
• _ga, _gid (Google Analytics) — Analytics. Used to count visits and measure how users navigate the platform. Expires after 2 years / 24 hours.
• Firebase performance cookies — Analytics. Used to measure page load performance. Expires after 30 days.

3. Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Service to function and cannot be switched off. They are set in response to your actions such as signing in or adjusting security settings. You can configure your browser to block these cookies, but the Service will not work correctly without them.

4. Functional Cookies

Functional cookies enable us to remember your preferences and personalise your experience. Disabling these means certain features (such as remembering your view preferences) will not be saved between sessions.

• Note: blocking all cookies will prevent you from signing in to CollaboPoint.

On your first visit we display a cookie consent banner. Strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent. For analytics and functional cookies, we will only set them if you have consented. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's cookies and adjusting your preferences on your next visit.

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top will indicate when the policy was last revised.
