Do you offer a charity discount?
Not yet, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. There is no nonprofit tier or discount code today — registered charities pay standard pricing. Dedicated pricing is something we want to offer; if cost is what stops you adopting it, get in touch and say so, because that is the argument that will make it happen sooner.
Is this suitable for a church or faith organisation?
Yes — the shape of the work is much the same: a small core team, a large pool of volunteers, recurring meetings, rotas, and documents that need to outlive whoever currently holds them. Nothing in the product is specific to one kind of organisation.
Can volunteers use it without training?
That is the intent — a workspace, documents and channels, without integrations to configure. The honest test is to put one committee or project on the free plan and see whether people actually use it before you commit anyone else.
What happens when a volunteer leaves?
Their access can be removed while the work stays in the organisation’s workspace, with version history and the activity log intact.
Can we start free and upgrade later?
Yes. The free plan does not expire, and upgrading keeps everything already in the workspace.
